Your Smoke That Meat package includes 114g of spice mix - enough to lather a 5lb brisket - and instructions to prepare and smoke your brisket with a smoker, BBQ or oven at home.

Ingredients: black pepper, salt, premium spice blend, garlic powder, curing salt (6.25% sodium nitrite)
4 easy steps to making your authentic Montreal Smoked Meat:
1. Rub your Smoke That Meat spice mix all over your beef brisket
2. Age it in a bin in your refrigerator for 8 days (turning it over on day 4)
3. Hang it in your smoker or wrap it in foil for your oven or BBQ and cook it for 3 to 6 hours (depending on thickness of the 5lb brisket) at 350 F
4. Let it cool and refrigerate until ready to serve. Steam your portion for 1 to 2 hours and serve hot with rye bread and yellow mustard
